Phantom Ring (“we,” “our,” “us”) sells NFC rings that embed your public crypto address so others can pay you with a tap. We never hold private keys, store crypto for you, or operate a custodial wallet. This policy explains what personal data we collect, how we use it, and your choices.

Privacy Policy - the basics

Email address

  • Purpose: Used to contact you regarding your order or waitlist signup

Public crypto wallet address

  • Purpose: To program your Phantom Ring and optional NFC card with the correct wallet address

Ring size and finish selection

  • Purpose: To deliver you the correct ring (matte or glossy, sizes 6–10)

Payment information

  • Purpose: To process your order securely via third-party checkout (we don’t store card data)

Contact form messages

  • Purpose: To respond to any inquiries or support questions you send us

We never collect or store private keys, seed phrases, or wallet balances.

How we collect data

  • Information you enter (checkout, wait-list, support).

  • Cookies and analytics tools (Wix Analytics, Google Analytics 4 with IP-anonymisation).

Sharing & Disclosure of Information

We do not sell your personal data.

  • We value your privacy. Your information is only used to fulfill your order and provide support.

Third-party services:

  • We may share limited data with trusted third parties such as payment processors (e.g. Stripe) or email platforms (e.g. Wix Automations) — only to complete the transaction or follow up on your order.

Shipping partners:

  • If you order a physical product, we share your name, address, and contact info with our shipping provider to ensure delivery.

Compliance with law:

  • We may disclose information if legally required (e.g. fraud investigations, court orders), but only under valid legal circumstances.

Internal access:

  • Access to customer info is limited to team members who need it to fulfill orders, provide support, or maintain system functionality.

International transfers

Wix stores data on US/EU servers; by using the site you agree to this transfer.

Cookies & tracking

Functional cookies keep your cart. Analytics cookies show aggregated stats. Manage them any time via the cookie banner (“Manage Preferences”).

Data retention

We only keep your data for as long as it's needed to fulfill your order or to support basic customer service.

  • Order information (like your shipping details and wallet address) is stored for up to 12 months to help with reprogramming, support, or order verification.

  • Waitlist or email signups are kept unless you unsubscribe or request deletion.

  • If you email us directly or send a contact form, that message may be kept for up to 6 months for internal tracking.

You can request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.
