Order Processing

Each Phantom Ring is custom-programmed and must pass a micro-payment test before it ships.
• Processing time: 3 – 5 business days after you confirm the test transaction.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays start processing next business day.

Carriers & Service

Canada: Canada Post Expedited (2 – 5 business days)
USA: USPS Priority or UPS Standard (3 – 7 business days)
International: DHL eCommerce or UPS Worldwide (5 – 14 business days)

All shipments include tracking. You’ll receive a tracking link by email once the label is created.

Canada & USA – flat rate CAD 19.99
International – flat rate CAD 29.99
Free shipping automatically applies on orders over CAD 150 (cart total after discounts).

Customs, Duties & Taxes (International)

Import duties, VAT, or brokerage fees are not included in our prices. These charges are your responsibility and vary by country. Check with your local customs office for estimates.

Risk of Loss

Title and risk transfer to you once the carrier scans the parcel. We are not responsible for delays, loss, or theft after hand-off. If tracking shows “delivered” but you haven’t received the package, please contact the carrier first, then email us for assistance.
